Note: I must have a combined total of at least three pounds minium of Saturday Special orders per week to roast, otherwise the order is held to the following Saturday or until the minimum requirement is met.   (It has to do with the minimum capacity of the smallest coffee roaster, since I don't store any roasted coffee). Clearing Customs usually adds 3-5 days to delivery time.
